How can working out benefit me?

Exercise, nutrition, relaxation and sleep are the 4 pillars of good health. Regular physical activity strengthens bones and muscles and improves your ability to do everyday activities, which is increasingly important as you age. Physical activity is a scientifically proven mood booster, decreasing symptoms of both depression and anxiety. It helps to reduce stress, boosts your energy levels, and improves your mood. So you are not only working out, you are working on the best version of yourself!

Why train here?

At my fitness studio, I offer a truly personalised experience that you simply won’t find in a larger, commerical gym. What if I'm a beginner?

No matter where you're starting from, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My studio creates a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where beginners can feel comfortable and confident. I’ll work with you to design a personalised plan that matches your current fitness level, focusing on gradual progress and sustainable results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve flexibility and mobility or simply improve your overall physical and mental health, my approach ensures you’ll have the guidance, motivation, and encouragement you need to succeed. We’ll work together to help you to be at your physical best—for yourself and the people in your life.

Should I wait to join until I get fitter or lose weight?

Absolutely not! You don’t need to be fitter or lose weight before starting—this is exactly why I'm here. My studio is designed to meet you where you are, no matter what your current fitness level is. I’ll create a personalised plan that fits your unique needs and goals, helping you get stronger, healthier, and more confident at a pace that works for you. Waiting only delays your progress—start now, and together, we’ll make your fitness goals a reality.

Will I get bulky if I lift weights?

No, lifting weights won’t make you bulky—especially for women, who have lower testosterone levels than men, making it harder to build large muscles. In fact, lifting weights is one of the best things you can do for your body as you age. It helps maintain muscle mass, improves bone density, boosts metabolism, and keeps you strong and healthy. Resistance training will tone and define your muscles, helping you look and feel your best without the fear of becoming overly muscular.

Do you train athletes?

Yes, I work with athletes to help improve their performance in their specific sport. Through tailored strength and conditioning programmes, I focus on enhancing athletic abilities such as speed, power, endurance, and agility. Whether you're a competitive athlete or simply looking to gain a competitive edge, my training will be customised to meet the demands of your sport and help you perform at your best.

Eddie has a proven track record of success both as a competitor and a coach. Read more about Eddie
